Marc Connerly
President • Executive Director for Client Associations
Marc Connerly returned to Connerly & Associates in 2005 as a business development consultant and association manager, and has since assumed management responsibilities for multiple client associations across the roofing and golf industries. He serves as the primary Board liaison and association spokesperson, and represents clients on regulatory and legislative issues as an advocate and lobbyist. Marc also oversees membership and sponsorship growth, revenue development programs, organizational proceedings, and the firm’s strategic planning and long-term growth.
Outside of work, Marc is a lifelong San Francisco Giants fan and has attended games in 29 of the current 30 MLB ballparks.

Supattra Connerly
Office Manager • Human Resources
Supattra Connerly joined Connerly & Associates in 2020 following a distinguished career in state service, most recently as a Supervisor in the Office of the Attorney General. As Office Manager and Human Resources lead, she oversees payroll, accounts payable and receivable, inventory control, and all internal HR functions for the firm.
With more than 28 years of public sector experience, Supattra brings extensive experience in management consultation, team building, professional development, and strategic implementation. She previously managed a staff of more than forty employees as a Legal Support Supervisor II and has extensive knowledge of legal research and procedures.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling.

Brittany Connerly
Executive Director
Brittany Connerly serves as an Executive Director with experience in organizational operations, conference and event management, member engagement, communications, marketing, and social media management. She works closely with boards, committees, and volunteers to support organizational growth and create meaningful member experiences.
Her background includes leading large-scale conferences and events, managing communications initiatives, and improving organizational systems and processes. Brittany values collaboration, strong relationships, and creating organized, member-focused communities.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband, little one, and three dogs. She can usually be found planning a dinner party, weekend getaway, or new dessert recipe to try.

Simone Youngblood
Communications Director
Simone Youngblood joined Connerly and Associates in 2014 as our Communications Assistant and Administrative Support.
Today, she manages our client websites, email communications and various forms of media. Simone obtained her Master of Arts in English from Sacramento State in 2009. She enjoys hosting community poetry events, writing, and the creative arts.

Lizeth Rocha
Membership Assistant
Lizeth Rocha joined the Connerly and Associates team in January 2025 as our Membership Assistant. Liz studied at California State University, Stanislaus, and previously served as a Membership Coordinator at her local Chamber of Commerce.
In her free time, Liz enjoys Pilates, shopping, playing tennis, and working on DIY and interior design projects. Outside of work, she spends most of her time with her husband and their two doodles, Winston and Rocky. She loves ice cream, going to the beach, and listening to music. Her favorite place to visit is Hawaii, and she looks forward to annual camping trips with her family.

Melissa Murphy
Event Coordinator
Melissa Murphy joined Connerly & Associates in 2026 and supports client associations through event coordination, meeting logistics, attendee communications, and administrative support. Her work includes helping coordinate conferences, meetings, educational programs, sponsorship details, registration support, and event materials across multiple client accounts.
Melissa brings experience in association operations and stakeholder support, with a focus on organization, clear communication, and reliable follow-through. She earned her B.A. in History from California State University, Sacramento.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys creative projects, technology, writing, and spending time with family.

Tracy Williams
Magazine Editor
Tracy Williams joined Connerly & Associates in October 2024 as magazine editor. She brings more than 30 years of experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, including over 25 years with the State of California, most recently serving as Administrative and Document Governance Section Chief for the Employment Development Department. She also previously managed analytical and publication services for the Western States Information Network, a California Department of Justice program supporting intelligence sharing among western states.
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento, and an MBA from UC Davis. She enjoys gardening and spending time with her family, including her husband, two grown children, and two cats.

Corinne LaFazia
RCAC Membership
Corinne LaFazia joined Connerly & Associates in November 2006 after more than 16 years of membership experience with the California Trucking Association. She plays a key role in membership recruitment and retention for client organizations and brings extensive knowledge of association membership programs.
Corinne is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management and a longtime member of the California Society of Association Executives (CalSAE).

Smile Ambassador
Buster is the Connerly & Associates Ambassador of Smiles, specializing in bringing happiness and laughter to all in his presence. He is a Malti-Poo with a magnetic personality, boundless energy and unconditional affection for all whom he meets. Buster spends his time at the office playing with toys, investigating the offices of his co-workers and curling up on the sofa or under a desk.
